Machining & Joining:
Generally, Porous Plastics machine well provided that a clean cutting action is employed with care to avoid heat buildup from abrasion.
Methods of joining include friction & ultrasonic welding as well as adhesives. Common adhesives include viscous 2-part epoxy's & urethanes as well as hot melts.
